Earn Up to $300 Per Door – While Keeping Your Client Relationship

At Real Property Management Partners, we proudly collaborate with Michigan Realtors and Real Estate Agents to deliver exceptional property management services while protecting your client relationships and rewarding your referrals.

Referral Bonus Structure

  • $300 per unit (if the property is vacant). Paid after the unit is leased to a qualified tenant, and we receive the marketing and resident placement fee.
  • $100 per unit (if the property is already occupied, no placement fee will be collected). Paid once the management agreement is signed.

Bonuses apply to new clients only. Referral is paid per unit under management.
